 Senior Mechanical Designer

Job Description: The Senior Mechanical Designer will perform a variety of complex technical tasks and support the sales team with pre-sales opportunities by providing engineering solutions to clients, assisting in LED display system design, managing engineering documentation, offering technical support, and performing both internal and external product training. The ideal candidate must have excellent presentation skills and be able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. This role will work closely with internal teams to ensure effective project execution and customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions:

  • Answers all technical questions from current and prospective clients and sales team.
  • Supports sales strategy by participating in discussions and building technical confidence with clients.
  • Conducts site surveys and prepares system proposals, drawings, and technical presentations.
  • Designs LED screen systems using AutoCAD for various industry applications.
  • Produces mechanical drawings and electrical schematics using 2D/3D CAD tools.
  • Drafts technical documents such as specifications, layout instructions, and installation guidelines.
  • Provides internal and external training on product features and system design.
  • Hosts client visits in the showroom and supports customer demonstrations.
  • Assists post-sales teams with support in installation, repair, and service coordination.
  • Gathers customer feedback and relays insights to the product development team.
  • Participate in trade shows, training events, conferences, and product demos.
  • Supports marketing by assisting with technical materials, video assets, and promotional efforts.

Competencies:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks/Inventor/Pro-E or equivalent CAD tools
  • Knowledge of ASME Y14.110-2000 & Y14.5-1994 drawing standards
  • Familiarity with metal machining, sheet metal fabrication, and plastic molding techniques
  • Understanding of LED display systems, AV equipment, and electrical component integration
  • Ability to develop both mechanical and electrical documentation

Key Account Manager (Corporate)

Job Description: The Key Account Manager (Corporate) should have good relationships and a successful record with large enterprise accounts in the US. In conjunction with the US team, this position is responsible for the development of large enterprise accounts in the US market. The main development list includes but is not limited to Amazon, Facebook, Apple, Google, Microsoft, YouTube, IBM, Adobe, AT&T, Salesforce, Oracle, Verizon, Dell, etc.

 Essential Functions:

  • Establish targeted customer development strategies for listed accounts and set up an overall strategy for long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with listed accounts to get Absen in the vendor system and get Absen products specified into projects as the preferred vendor.
  • Keep informed of products, services, and other general information of interest to enterprise accounts.
  • Have experience with direct-view LED and have some hands-on experience to provide support in demo shootouts.
  • Coordinate with the US team to provide support to listed accounts during the implementation of the projects. If needed, work with the US team to support the consultants and resellers or dealers in the procurement chain.
  • Provide Lunch and Learn, sales training, local show, or demo support on site from the local area if needed.
  • Host listed accounts to visit HQ and factory in China.
  • Communicate with other Absen business units or departments to exchange info for listed accounts with offices globally if needed.
  • Performs all other duties assigned to them of which the employee is capable of performing.

 DOOH Development Manager

Job Description: 

The DOOH Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth and expanding client opportunities in the U.S. DOOH market. Working closely with U.S. and regional teams, this role leads sales coordination, market analysis, and strategic planning across targeted industry verticals. The Development Manager focuses on developing new business opportunities, particularly out-of-channel, by engaging with top advertising firms, systems integrators (SIs), consultants, and end users. Key application areas include billboards, spectacular digital signs, street furniture, transit centers, airports, and shopping malls for fixed installations.

This position combines strategic market development, partnership building, and sales leadership to establish and grow Absen’s presence in the U.S. DOOH sector while meeting assigned sales targets.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and implement the Company strategy for the business development-specific markets assigned to the candidate, with a special focus on opening new opportunities in those industries, generating leads to ensure targets are met or exceeded in the designed markets.
  • Identify new accounts to sell LED display products and develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to expand sales further.
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals in coordination with the US team according to the designated markets.
  • Participate in establishing an annual Industry BP including target customer development strategies in coordination with the US team.
  • Represent the company at conferences, tradeshows, press, and other related sales and customer promotion activities.
  • Direct business development activity, approaching consultants, end users, and global top and medium-sized AV system integrators.
  • Keep informed of new products and services. And other general information of interest to customers.
  • Prepare quarterly DOOH industry situation reports.
  • Manage the commission with the customers and the headquarters during the implementation of the projects.

Senior Pre Sales Engineer (Remote)

Job Description:  A Senior Sales Engineer must have LED industry and market knowledge and be able to effectively communicate the Company’s brand and product value in such a way as to elicit a favorable reaction from the target customer.

Essential Functions:

  • Meets the sales revenue target for the assigned region.
  • Support region managers to develop relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Makes accurate sales calculations and sales quotations of current prices.
  • Must have technical skills, and the ability to understand LED products and parts. Answer technical questions and work on the design and solutions for projects.
  • Has great presentation skills and can effectively sell the product to a customer through presentations, tours, and showing them the product.
  • Must have excellent communication skills. Makes regular phone calls and emails to  customers.
  • Assist with getting clients  to participate in ACE training.
  • Works with Customer Service department to help facilitate DEMO Requests.
  • Works with Warehouse department to ensure products are shipped to clients on time.
  • Updates and maintains accounts of customers including contact names and numbers for future sales.
  • Follows up with clients on orders, payments and delivery. Track the process from start to finish.
  • Must be persistent and disciplined in all work.

  • Integral role in key project demo shoot-out, traveling with the sales team presenting product solutions and benefits, and analyzing the customers’ needs and project info.
